What happens when you join the waitlist.

The short version. Drive Auditor isn't open yet. Right now, joining the waitlist means giving us your email (and name, if you add one) so we can tell you when access opens. Nothing else. We don't sell it and don't use it for advertising.

What we collect today

The waitlist form collects your email address and, optionally, your name and company. That's it for now: no Google sign-in, no Drive access, no payment involved in joining the waitlist.

Why we collect it

Just to notify you when Drive Auditor opens up and to follow up about early access. We won't use it for anything else, and we won't share it with anyone for marketing purposes.

How it's stored

Your email, name, and company (if given) are stored in our database provider, Supabase, and transmitted over TLS.
Render hosts the application that receives and stores your signup.
We share the least information necessary, and only with the providers above that help us run the waitlist itself. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.

Your choices

There's no dedicated privacy contact for the waitlist yet, and nothing currently emails you from this list either. Joining just adds a row to our database until we're ready to onboard. Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR or CCPA), you may have rights over that data even so. A real contact channel, alongside the full policy described below, will be in place before we use your information for anything beyond storing it.

When Drive Auditor opens

Using the actual product means connecting a Google account and granting Drive access: a much bigger data relationship than a waitlist signup, involving scan results, OAuth tokens, and, for paid plans, billing information. Before that access opens up, we'll publish a complete Privacy Policy and Terms of Service covering exactly what's collected, how Google's API data policies are honored, and how you can delete everything. When that happens, this page goes away and the full policy takes its place.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the waitlist itself changes. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
